IMPORTANT! PARENTS, AND GUARDIANS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

Fill out the Registration Form as accurately as you can. If you have any questions, please send us a message via the “CONTACT US” link at the bottom of our homepage or leave a note in the “Comments” section of the registration form.  We always do our best to accommodate everyone that register, however, we sometimes have more applicants than we have space for. We will notify you not later than the weekend before the Fly Day whether or not we can extend an invitation to you. If we can’t, we will do our best to give you priority at our next Fly Day.

Also, if you have more than one child that qualifies to fly with us, each child must be registered individually. Every child that flies will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. While we always do our best to accommodate larger families, we can only promise that one child and one adult will able to fly together on the same aircraft at the same time. IMPORTANT: Children cannot be left unattended in the hangar, an adult must be with them at all times, so please plan accordingly if you are bringing more than one child.

Parents and Guardians:

When deciding whether or not to register your child, please keep in mind that the cabin of a small general aviation aircraft can be confined and noisy.

Kids’ Requirements:

• Must have a life-altering special need, be a fostered child, be a Gold Star child or have another similar life-situation.
• Must have parent or guardian permission via a signed waiver.
• Must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Must be between the ages of 5 and 18 years.

Waivers:

Everyone attending must be covered by a signed waiver (our waiver includes a photo release). If you’re bringing a child whose parent or legal guardian will not be with you, their parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver in advance. (You can download the Waiver with the button below, print it, have it filled out and signed, then bring it with you to the Fly Day.)
