IMPORTANT! PARENTS, AND GUARDIANS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

Thank you for registering to join us on our Fly Day. We always do our best to accommodate everyone that registers but we often have more applicants than we have space for. We will notify you not later than the weekend before the Fly Day whether or not we can extend an invitation to you. If we can’t, we will do our best to give you priority at our next Fly Day in the spring.

Also, you will need to register each child you wish to fly with us separately. Every child that flies will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. While we will do our best to make exceptions, please don’t plan on more than one child and one adult being able to fly together on the same aircraft at the same time. Children cannot be left unattended in the hangar, an adult must be with them at all times, so please plan accordingly.

For Our Special Parents:

Please keep in mind that the cabin of a small general aviation aircraft can be confined and noisy. Consider this when registering your child.

Kids’ Requirements:

• Must have a life-altering special need, be a fostered child, or have another life disadvantage
• Must have parent or guardian permission
• Must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• Must be able to understand, respond to, and obey the pilot’s commands
• Must be between the ages of 5 and 18 years

Note: Everyone attending must sign a waiver, which includes a photo release. If you’re bringing a friend whose parent will not be with you, their parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver.
